By phone andor in person this person will effectively and happily communicate with these customers and assist them in their inquiries. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to Auto Body customers on the phone, in person and throughout the repair processFollow up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyaltyEnsure Repair Order file accuracyGreet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-upKeep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changesAssist customers with rental vehiclesRequirements:Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslySuperior communication skills including oral, written and electronicallyExcellent organizational habitsExcellent customer service skills to address client inquiries professionallyMust be reliable with attendance and work well in a team settingMaintains a well-groomed, professional appearanceFamiliar with CCC One (preferred but not a must)Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
