We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy-out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund-of- Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently. Position Overview:Standish Management is looking for associates to join our fund administration team. Withguidance from the team members, the Associate oversees the administrative support and theinvestor relations related to client funds. These responsibilities range from data entry into theclient reporting software to compiling quarterly reports for limited partners and from investorcorrespondence to addressing the accounts payables and receivables for the clients.Responsibilities:Data entry of financial and client information into recordkeeping systemServe as an essential part of the fund administration teamResponsible for maintaining and updating various filing systemAssisting with the preparation of information and data for capital calls, distributions,and allocations to investorsCorresponding with investors' requests regarding the fund informationResponsible for the clients' management companies accounts payables and receivablesMonthly reconciliation of bank accounts and quarterly reporting to the Limited PartnersQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related fieldStrong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with QuickBooks (not required, is a plus)Knowledge of various investment accounting conceptsAttention to detailAbility to multitaskAbility to work in a team and individuallyAbility to effectively communicate to team membersStrong organizational skills and work ethicCompensation starting at $64,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
