DMC is seeking a Sales Engineer of Electrical Systems to drive business growth, manage key accounts and support our panel shop in Chicago. In this role, you will generate new opportunities, foster customer relationships and collaborate cross functionally. Responsibilities Independently identify and cultivate new business opportunities, supporting sales prospecting effortsGenerate estimates, quotes, and proposals for control panel design and assemblyLeverage a CRM to effectively manage and take full ownership of customer relationshipsEngage with perspective customers and internal engineering teams to understand customer needs and project scope Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in sales or related fieldProven success in business development and account management for industrial equipment andor control panelsStrong understanding of industry standards Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight trips Base Compensation: In addition to bonuses andor incentives. $70,000 - $110,000 Additional Information: BenefitsCultureBonuses and more!
