Description:Please use this link to complete an application on our Company Career Page: Restaurant Catering CaptainCome join Lessing's Hospitality at one of our restaurant venues as a Restaurant Catering Captain!Job Duties and Responsibilities:-Oversee catered events.-Schedule banquet service personnel and assign specific tasks or services.-Ensure that safety and sanitation codes are followed.-Train staff to recognize improper guest behavior.-Examine the cleanliness of the venue, such as the condition of the bathrooms, prior to a function.-Ensure that elements of a venue are ready before guests arrive, including the dining tables, bar, food, and beverages.-Interact with the host to respond to any special requests or last-minute adjustments.-Monitor the activities of workers and guests and respond to questions, complaints, or comments that may arise.-Supervise cleanup, inventory, and storage of supplies and equipment.Qualifications:-Great problem solving skills.-Great attention to detail.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.-Serving, Bartending, Catering experience requiredThe Company: Lessing's Hospitality Group is comprised of over 100 locations throughout the Northeast and Florida.
