Our capabilities span the world of Additive Manufacturing3D printing and the entirety of the manufacturing process from design ideation to product engineering to manufacturing and services in the field.MUST HAVES: Ability to work immediately in a hybrid capacity in Minneapolis, MN Ability to train in-office Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM initially for 3-4 months POSITION OVERVIEWThe Sales Operations Analyst requires a level of both analytical and systems knowledge, as well as a deep understanding of the intricacies of the EAC business and sales operations. The Sales Operations Analyst performs increasingly complex analysis of sales activities, financial performance, distribution and product mix, and business intelligence to provide fact-based recommendations that drive business decisions. This role uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the company.Department OperationsReports To VP of FinanceEAC Contact EAC Human ResourcesLocation Minneapolis, MNResponsibilitiesResponsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position.Act as a subject matter expert in sales analysis and reporting, contributing to high-level business initiatives.Develop, administer, and execute the company's annual pay plans.Ensure compliance with sales and business approval policies and serve as a sales advocate with internal teams to resolve complex sales issues.Build strong relationships with the executive and operations teams to enhance deal efficiency and sales satisfaction with contracting processes.Perform hands-on analysis and manage projects related to contract research, price quotes, business approvals, and order requests for deals of varying sizes and complexities.Utilize advanced data analysis and Excel skills to create models and reports that communicate key metrics and identify opportunities to develop new strategies to improve business performance.Collaborate across functions to analyze demand trends and establish forecasting methods.Advise field sales on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support sales efforts.Ensure timely deal processing, customer confirmations, and accurate tracking of contract-related information.Perform other duties as required to meet company needs.QualificationsAn equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related degree2+ years professional experience in an Enterprise Software company or equivalent5+ years related experience including data reporting, modeling, and operational analysis responsibilities2+ years NetSuite experience preferredOutstanding analytical skills, including ability to deliver reporting information for strategic decisionsProven ability to successfully manage projects from start to finishProficiency in data analysis tools, techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).Excellent cross-organizational skills, including the ability to influence without authority and communication with senior executivesDiscretion and a high-level confidentiality are required in this roleMust have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Must have ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations.Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer and company goals.Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output.Work EnvironmentEnvironmental or atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.Ability to work in a remote environment or in-office.Exposed to moderate noise levels.Physical AbilitiesPhysical abilities that are commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.
