The Customer Service Intern will support the onboarding of new customers, gaining hands-on experience in project and process management within a customer-centric organization. This role offers exposure to real-world business operations, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making while developing essential project management and analytical skills.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Assist in standardizing and documenting the customer onboarding process using project management tools and office products.Research and analyze account databases to assess current account standings and identify gaps or necessary pile and interpret returned data to define onboarding project scope and key action items.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Implementation, Sales, and IT, to streamline onboarding efforts.Pull, analyze, and interpret sales data to assess post-onboarding success and identify opportunities for improvement.Support project tracking by updating and other project management platforms.Assist in troubleshooting onboarding issues by reviewing system setups, documentation, and customer feedback.Prepare presentations, reports, and process documentation to support onboarding initiatives.Gain exposure to B2B operations, distributor partnerships, and customer engagement strategies.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookBasic knowledge of Excel formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF statements) preferredFamiliarity with Pivot Tables is a plus but not requiredComfort with technology and data visualizationExperience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plusWillingness to learn new tools such as Salesforce and Foundational understanding of Project Management principlesAbility to organize tasks, track progress, and prioritize workloadCritical Thinking & Problem-SolvingAbility to analyze data and draw meaningful insightsProactive approach to troubleshooting and identifying process improvementsStrong Communication SkillsAbility to clearly communicate findings and recommendationsComfortable working with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Sales, IT, etc.)Attention to DetailAbility to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of processesOUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: Our highly engaged internship program allows you to focus on projects related to finance and accounting that will help prepare you for your career. You'll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.This is a PAID internship. Interns will work a 40hour work-week at $18hour.
