Description Position at American First Finance Sales Support Specialist American First Finance (AFF) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and refine your sales skills while working closely with a Senior Area Sales Representative to promote and support our retail financing programs.Salary base: $45,000 to $55,000.As a Sales Support Specialist, you will focus on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our existing retail partners, ensuring they maximize the benefits of AFF's financing solutions. You will provide hands-on training, strategic sales support, and guidance to merchants, empowering them to attract more customers and drive sales growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, goal-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with uncapped commissionsMonthly mileage and cell phone reimbursement Paid training and career development opportunitiesFlexible time off and industry-leading benefits A high-growth organization with advancement opportunitiesA diverse, collaborative, and engaging work environmentKey Responsibilities:Utilize AFF's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting tools effectively.Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct 6-8 store visits per day, delivering hands-on training and crease same-store utilization of AFF's financing programs to drive overall portfolio growth.Meet and exceed established performance and sales goals.Maintain in-store marketing materials and collateral to support merchant engagement.Assist the Senior Area Sales Representative with targeted merchants requiring additional training and support.Provide strategic sales insights and recommendations to business owners and managers.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:High energy, excellent organizational skills, and strong integrity.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals.Outstanding face-to-face relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with the ability to manage and optimize your schedule.Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, including Marketing, Training, and Sales Operations.High sense of urgency and customer service orientation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent follow-up skills and responsiveness.Valid driver's license and car insurance for regional travel.Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B sales presentations.Background in retail consumer finance or merchant services.If you are a motivated professional looking to grow within a high-performing organization, we encourage you to apply today!
