Job Description Summary:The Senior Manager for Sales Operations will contribute to KISS' vision of excellence by supporting retailers and distributors in delivering excellent customer service to our business partners. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with management experience to work collaboratively with all cross functional teams. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order management, supply chain operations, and team leadership.Job Description:ResponsibilitiesEnsure seamless order processing and fulfillmentOversee the entire order lifecycle from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for EDI ordersDevelop and implement order management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and customer experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize order workflowsLiaise with transport carrier on issues relating to deliveries, returnsrejections. Issue return authorization when necessaryMonitor order processing metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirementsAddress and resolve escalations related to order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issuesUtilize order management systems (OMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools to enhance operational efficiencyParticipate in customer meetings & communication to customers where appropriateProvide post shipment support and be responsible for shortages, overages, and other claims investigationsCoach, mentor, and develop the order management team to foster professional growth and high performanceQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree required10+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleExperience with EDI orders a plusSAP SD Module knowledge a plus but not requiredRelevant experience with Customer Relationship managementStrong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracyMaintains a high level of productivity and self-direction with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityHas a keen sense of self-awarenessHas a passion for learning new skills every dayExcellent written, oral and listening skills.
