This role will serve as aSr. Account Supervisor, helping to manage priority executive communications, thought leadership and corp comms accounts as well as helping to drive other priority internalexternal agency initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a communications expert and project manager with the ability to multitask, self-motivate and work within deadlines. If you want to join a fast-growing, award-winning, creative team, we'd love to hear from you.This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is available only in New York.ResponsibilitiesThis role will provide a significant entrepreneurial opportunity, working closely with the co-founders (and other senior leaders), in shaping the company's culture, chemistry and providing input regarding policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: Help to drive corporate communications workstreams forward.Focus on corporate storytelling, executive communications and brand narrative development across earned, owned and Executive channels.Help craft our clients' corporate narratives Support competitive analysis and media audits to uncover narrative white space for brandsDrive forward thought leadership initiatives for key members of the leadership teamDrive earned business and innovation storytelling for the brand, showcasing new features and products through priority corporate narrativesIdentify, vet and secure speaking opportunities, panels, main stage moments and awardsSupport thought leadership initiatives across innovation and product focused workstreams Partner with existing team to uncover new angles and opportunities to drive our clients' corporate narratives Liaise with business and trade media Ongoing Responsibilities: Demonstrate a clear understanding of our clients' business and drive results Help develop communications strategies and activations to meet client goalsSupport senior leaders in training and build strategies for C-Suite executives across our client rosterDrive PR narrative development across priority projects, through the lens of executive voicesLeverage media relationships to break through with news and ongoing brand narrativesCreate and execute PR strategies for quarterly earnings announcements Develop strategies to raise the visibility of key executives via owned social channels for both executives and the brands they leadBe proactive, anticipate client needs and keep multiple activities movingMaintain current knowledge of trends, the competitive landscape, and confidently provide strategic point-of-views to the clientDevelop and deliver informed strategic recommendations based on understanding of best practices across each client's category and competitive setRelentless curiosity is a mustwe're always looking for what's new, next and never been done before and are open to experimentation and pushing the boundaries.Qualifications6+ years of experience in integrated communicationsPrior PR agency experience; integrated communications strategy; specialization in thought leadership; strong writing and narrative development skills; expertise in executive comms (owned and earned) Strong media relations skills and contactsExperience collaborating, multi-tasking and working efficiently with precise attention to detailExperience delivering impactful and compelling presentationsDemonstrated passion for storytelling Experience collaborating in a fast-paced team environmentSelf-motivated, organized and reliableEntrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building a team from the ground up and creating new systems, policies and company cultureConsistently informed about industry-relevant AI trends, tools, and applications with moderate proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, DALL•E, or similar platformsBachelor's DegreeCompensation + BenefitsWe value all of our employees and are happy to provide comprehensive benefits to help support them holistically in the best way we can. The base compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $140,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
