Report major damagesUndertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks (setting up rain mats, lifting heavy items, moving chairs etc.)SkillsProven experience as custodian, janitor, or in a similar roleKnowledge of the use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliancesKnowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous componentsAttention to detail and conscientiousnessVery good physical condition and strengthStrong command of the English language, both written and verbal.Must have knowledge and experience using carpet and hard floor care equipment.
