Manager of Partnership Accounting

International Law Firm is seeking a Partnership Accounting Manager. This is a key member of the finance team and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the partnership accounting function within the firm. This includes managing the accurate calculation and distribution of partner compensation, handling equity and profit-sharing arrangements, and ensuring compliance with the firm's partnership agreement and applicable tax laws. The role requires a strong understanding of partnership accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with partners and other key stakeholders in the firm. Requirements: 5 - 7 years' experience in professional services (law firm or public accounting) Bachelor's in accounting or finance CPA Strong knowledge of partnerships Strong technical accounting experience Preferred Skills: Audit Tax experienceCompensation: $155,000-$165,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
