Audit Partner- Architecture, Engineering & ConstructionA long standing firm in looking to add to their leadership team. Their AEC department is growing and wants to add someone that will elevate people around them. Responsibilities:Lead and manage audit engagements for (AEC) clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.Oversee and review audit work papers, financial statements, and related reports.Act as a trusted advisor in financial matters.Understand clients' business objectives and provide insights.Provide leadership and mentorship to the audit teamFoster a collaborative and efficient working environment.Identify and assess risks associated with AEC engagements, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (BABS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA12+ years of experience, most in AECThorough understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional leadership skills.Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
