If you are looking for career development or simply a great place to be, consider joining us as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at our distribution center in Bethlehem, PAYOUR ROLEIn this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am . As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team membersImplement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitorsEnsure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventoryImplement continuous improvement action plansBe flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as neededYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment 2 or more years in a supervisory roleAt least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucksExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plusGOOD REASON TO JOINThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
