This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our medical facility. The position includes tasks such as answering inbound calls, directing inquiries, checking in and out patients, verifying insurance information, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with internal EMR systems and multiple computer platforms.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.Collect patient information, including demographics and insurance details.Operate multiple computer platforms, including Microsoft Office and internal EMR system.Ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions.Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.MUST Have:Experience with an EMR platform.Additional Information: This is a contract position ending on June 30th.
