Medical Receptionist - Floater (Westchester/Bronx)

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Medical Receptionist for our Westchester County and Bronx office locations. This position would require the Receptionist Floater to cover our clinical offices in: White Plains, New Rochelle, Purchase, Yonkers, Bronx, Tarrytown, West Side, and Bayside offices . Additional coverage may be required.Job DutiesScheduling patient appointmentsAssisting incoming patientsVerifying insurance coverageEntering patient demographics into the computerPulling and filing medical chartsAssisting the office manager and physicians as needed.
