We transform the way payments are imagined - as an opportunity for innovation, a source of insight to customers, and a way to connect with partners around the globe!Summary: The Senior Treasury Analyst will report to the Senior Director, Cash, and Treasury and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Treasury function. We seek an individual with strong technical skills to support the company's cash management, liquidity planning, debt management, investments, and reporting.This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position. Responsibilities:Prepare the daily cash position and cash flow and contribute to the cash forecast for the company.Analyze investment opportunities, assess risk and return and make investment recommendations to senior management.Build and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Regularly attends banking partner calls, business reviews, and other partner meetings.Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and guidelines. Identify operational improvements and work with the team to achieve them.Build and update KPIs and dashboards that showcase treasury performance.Assist in the preparation of debt management and compliance reporting.Work closely with the accounting team to manage the repatriation or disbursement of funds within the entities to and from the US.Review bank fees and interest income and solves discrepancies with our banking partners if needed. Ensures accuracy of interest calculation and prepares accruals.Administrator of the online banking portals, maintaining signatories and updated users.Coordinate opening and closing bank accounts as itiate electronic payments as required.Manage the corporate credit card and virtual cards program and prepare reports to senior management.Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:4+ years of treasury experience.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.Experience in cash management, cash flow reporting, banking relationships, investments, andor debt management.Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and manage different deadlines.Team-oriented and collaborative. Able to work with all internal teams and external business partners.Self-drive, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement while ensuring compliance.Strong Excel skills and experience with macros and pivot tables.The base salary range for this position is between $74,790 to $90,300 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
