Projeo was acquired by GTI International, a holding company and wholly owned subsidiary of GTI Energy, in January 2022.Position SummaryThe Operations Field Engineer will be responsible for design and support of field operations including well construction, intervention, and wellsite operations. The position will be remote, but the candidate should reside in the Champaign, IL area. Petroleum preferred.5-years in operational and field engineering role in oil & gas or other similar industryWillingness and ability to work at remote (fieldwell) locations for periods of up to two weeks.Experience with field safety application and ownership.Physical RequirementsRequires a valid driver's license.Work authorization for the United States.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Travel will be required.Ability to temporarily work extended hours onsite without compromising safety.Position Grade, Compensation Range, and BenefitsThe Operations Field Engineer position will be Grades G12-G14, with an annual salary range of $76,733 - $105,000 and a target performance incentive of up to 2% of annual salary. As a field employee, there is eligibility for a straight time field bonus at a rate based on the hourly-equivalent rate of your current annualized salary for every hour invoiced to clients in excess of a 40-hour per week average. This salary range is Projeo's good faith estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, Projeo's business or organizational needs and an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, andor performance. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the annual salary, grade level ranges, and Target Performance Incentive ranges. The range listed is just one component of Projeo's total compensation package for employees.
