Accounts Payable Clerk

Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a high-volume position that will be processing Accounts Payable for multiple dealerships in our newly remodeled North Aurora Accounting Office.Job ResponsibilitiesPost AP Invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring proper approvals and consistency with established guidelines.Reconcile vendor statements and issue monthly batch payments.Research and resolve any discrepancies.Post all manufacturer invoices and reconcile factory statements monthly.Post all gas tickets and reconcile monthly.Other tasks and assignments as directed.Accounts Payable Clerk RequirementsAccounts payable experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentDealership experience preferredProfessional demeanor and communication skillsSense of urgency and accuracy in a high volume settingWorks well independently and with a teamBenefits AvailablePay range for this position: $ 18.00 - $21.00Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.
