We are seeking an experienced healthcare sales lead to build relationships with Medicaid LTSS plans and HCBS programs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the Medicaid LTSS ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Medicaid LTSS payersNavigate complex sales cycles, including RFP processes and contract negotiationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Medicaid LTSS plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accountsWork closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutionsProvide thought leadership and insights to clients as well as represent the company at industry events and conferencesSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseDemonstrable track record of selling into andor managing B2B relationships with Medicaid LTSS plans Deep understanding of value-based contracting, Medicaid LTSS programs, policies, and challengesStrategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsBenefitsOpportunity to build a new category leader in healthcare servicesCompetitive compensation including salary, bonus, stock options and benefitsCollaborative, flexible work environment coupled with an uplifting cultureFully remote position
