Because nobody is equal until everyone is equal.Job DescriptionAs a Graphic Designer at SoulCycle, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective campaigns that engage new and existing riders. You will primarily focus on email campaigns but also create assets for web, app, and social. You will be working alongside our marketing team to design, develop, and implement a variety of templates that reflect our brand and messaging. Your creativity and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring that our emails are not only visually appealing but also optimized for deliverability and conversion.You AreA creative executor with at least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and hands-on content creationProficient at email design for platforms such as Braze and FigmaA skilled project coordinator who can manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistencyA resourceful self-starter who is comfortable figuring things out as you goA relationship builder who can comfortably communicate with and manage stakeholders of various levels up to CEOWhat you'll do:Omnichannel Design (70%):Design visually engaging, on-brand campaigns, templates, and assets across email, web, app andsocial that align with marketing goals and vision. Email will be the primary communication channel.Create compelling social media assets (static and animated) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok that captivate and build our audience.Maintain a library of brand assets to streamline workflows while ensuring consistency.Stay ahead of design trends and innovations in digital marketing to keep our visuals fresh and exciting.Experiment with new creative approaches to elevate engagement metrics like open rates, click-throughs, and social interactions.Technology Support (20%):Collaborate with IT and product team to ensure functionality and UX of omnichannel platforms and integration of campaign assetsCross-Functional Collaboration (10%):Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Retail, Operations, and Technology to align on creative vision, campaign alignment and business goals.Qualifications1-2 years of design experience in an agency setting - brand side, digital agency or PRProficient with Adobe Suite + FigmaExpert in HTML & CSS and have experience specifically in HTML emails: responsive design layouts, device breakpoints, and workarounds for limitations of email clientsbrowsers (mandatory).Understanding of UXUI is a plusKnowledge of email marketing best practicesAbility to troubleshoot rendering issuesWork with agility, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a high-energy environmentPay Transparency: Min $75K - Max $85KAdditional InformationFor additional information on auditions & training visit our career page at
