With a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation, the firm fosters a close-knit culture where every team member contributes to its success.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end attorney recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Coordinate the firm's summer associate program, including planning events, evaluations, and mentoring initiatives.Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies.Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal search firms, and professional organizations.Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and identify trends.Serve as a resource for candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
