In this role, you'll engage with current members daily, ensuring they're getting the most out of their Range membership and addressing any concerns to enhance their experience. You'll also identify opportunities to upsell additional services while finding creative ways to keep our community engaged and thriving.This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA or one of our hubs in New York City, Seattle, or Austin. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.
