Compliance Registration Coordinator

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a bright and motivated Compliance Registration Coordinator to assist with its US Compliance Program. The Registration Coordinator must be highly organized, able to multitask, and have an interest in compliance and regulation. This ideal candidate is proactive and is comfortable working in a technical environment. ResponsibilitiesMaintain global personnel registrations and inform personnel of upcoming deadlines and requirementsCollaborate with HR to manage employee onboarding paperwork, recordkeeping, and departure processesProvide guidance to new hires and current employees on registration and continuing education requirementsAssist with updates to policies and proceduresAssist with preparation and delivery of periodic training, including onboarding and annual trainingsConsistently work to improve compliance processesComplete other ad hoc tasks or projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree2-3 years of experience in a compliance or registration-focused role at a high-frequency trading or other finance firm, preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, with judgment to involve management when requiredAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple projectsPossess willingness and ability to communicate promptly and effectively with colleagues across the businessStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail FINRA Series 7, 57, or 24 is a bonus, but not requiredThe estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on job-related skills and experience.
