As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier quality and service.Job ResponsibilitiesWhile these core responsibilities are essential, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills and take on new challenges. Safety First - Ensure all tasks are performed with a strong emphasis on responsibility and safety. Bending Wizardry - Set up forming dies and operate brake press (Cincinnati) and tooling according to standards. Machine Mastery - Install, align, and secure specified punches, dies, cutting blades, and other fixtures in machine rams or beds. Upholding Quality Standards - Produce metal work pieces that meet quality and efficiency standards. Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, templates, and rulers. Embrace Variety - Complete required paperwork and other assigned tasks. Keeping it Clean - Perform all necessary housekeeping tasks.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience. At least two years of brake press experience. Excellent blueprint reading skills. Ability to choose appropriate dies. Experience with a 175 or 350 brake is preferred. Heavy manufacturing experience is a plus.
