About the job Assistant Project Manager Key Responsibilities:Asset Management:Oversee financial aspects of the commercial building located at New York including revenue and expense management, market trend analysis, business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.Leasing and Operations:Develop and execute leasing strategies, streamline building operations, and ensure optimal utilization of property resources.Project Support:Provide administrative support for the 460 Park Avenue Repositioning Project, including financial modeling, subcontractor management, and RFP review.Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and project management firms to ensure seamless project execution.Executive Reporting:Prepare and present detailed project reports, including strategic recommendations to leadership.Preferred Qualifications:Education:Degree in Real Estate (preferred), Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Architecture, or related fields.Experience:Minimum 2 years of project management experience in building remodeling or construction.Experience managing properties over 300,000 square feet is a plus.Entry-level candidates with relevant education are encouraged to apply.
