This includes minor maintenance and landscaping, as well as plumbing, electrical work, and ensuring the property is in good standing. Your primary goal will be to provide attention to the appearance of common areas, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and tenants.Requirements:Are you a hard-worker, motivated, and energetic?Do you have at least 3 years of experience working as a superhandyman?Are you fluent in English?Do you have basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting?Duties:Daily monitoring and inspection of operating equipment, including boilers, pumps, fans, and fire extinguishersPainting, grouting, and cleaning apartments after tenants vacate unitsPerforming preventative maintenance, such as cleaning building systems, drains, traps, and guttersAttention to detail is a mustMaintaining good relations with resident owners, tenants, and staffJob Details:Industry: Repair, Maintenance & InstallationSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pmJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Chelsea, NYLive outIf you are looking for a rewarding position where you can showcase your skills and contribute to creating a beautiful living environment, apply now!
