We hope you'll join our growing team and help us craft unforgettable experiences for our guests.THE POSITION:We are looking for an experienced bartender, preferably with full availability. Approximately 4 - 5 shifts per week. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails with precision, creativity, and care while maintaining consistency with the restaurant's signature drinks. Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, making recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. High-Volume Service: Efficiently handle a high volume of orders during peak times while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and service standards. Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. This includes checking inventory, restocking supplies, and keeping the bar equipment in working condition. Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all orders are rung up correctly. Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service protocols.REQUIREMENTS: At least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a high-volume restaurant. Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits (particularly agave-based spirits). Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
