Work on unique projects spanning Commercial, Residential, Education and other industry segments. Base salary circa $115k to $135k.Your new roleLead the design and development of plumbing and fire protection systems for various projectsPerform and review detailed calculations, system layouts, and specificationsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and standards, including NYC Building Codes and NFPA standardsCoordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integrationMentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and designersConduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standardsPrepare and present technical reports and documentation to clients and stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and solutionsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will have a strong background in plumbing and fire protection design, with the ability to manage and execute complex projects from inception to completion.
