Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work you'll doResponsibilities Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting existing technology solutions and assisting with ongoing technology initiatives within the Investment Accounting and Corporate Action business teams. The best candidate will have a strong foundation in business requirements, data analysis, SDLC, and the assetinvestment management industry.Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and other stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze specific business requirements related to investment management and the IBOR application.Work with technical teams to design IBOR solutions that meet investment management needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications and user guides.Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitate meetings, provide training to end-users, and offer ongoing support post-implementation.Develop a detailed understanding of the Investment AccountingCorporate Action workflows and current technology solutions that support investment management operations.Partner with the data team in evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying opportunities for application or workflow enhancements.Develop and execute test plans and test cases specific to investment management processes, coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the IBOR application meets business needs and regulatory standards.Assist in project planning and tracking for IBOR-related initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvements in investment management workflows, and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IBOR application.Drive cross-product, cross-portfolio, and cross-program collaboration in order to address interdependencies, ensure high levels of engagement and align stakeholders.Drive collaboration with project leader peers to model and influence best practices, share feedback and lessons learned. Establish onboarding plans for new resources, ensuring they have access to the right tools, people, and information so that they can start contributing quickly.Take initiative for the cross-functional product team to operate as effectively as possible with a focus on alignment, communication, and processes and scale.Provide timely communication of relevant data to senior leadership for decision making.Use metrics and controls to measure progress, take preventative and corrective action and escalate issues and risks when necessary.Remove roadblocks for the product teams regarding processes, tools, responsibilities as well as drive accountability and escalate challenges as municate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementIndependently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomesThe Team Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.QualificationsRequired7+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst7+ years of Quality assurance and Data Analytics Experience7+ years of experience working with IBORPrior experience working in Investment ManagementBanking IndustryBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industriessectors you servePreferredAnalytical Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsAgile certificationsPrevious leadership experience preferred.Project management certification (PMP) a plus.Can operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrationsInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation: tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
