Job Title EBS Projects Functional (Costing & Billing) Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8-12 Yrs TechnicalFunctional Skills Must have skills: EBS Functional knowledge of PA, AR modules. Ability to Develop and Support custom built applications like Online Billing, Oracle Manual Invoicing.Nice to have skills: Knowledge on Projects integration with Oracle Time & Labor Experience Required -Must have Implementation and Support experience on Project Accounting, Project Costing and Billing modules. -Experience in functional configurations and requirements management, BR100 and functional testing of Project costing & billing and project accounting and its integration with Oracle EBS Finance modules in AR & Billing. -Support month endquarter end business processes, accounting period closure & reports, client billing and AR batch processes. -Manage Functional aspects of EBS Finance Project Accounting, and Billing modules -Develop and support Business Process Standard Process -Understand custom built applications and extend functional support -Help QA team during Integration testing -Attend daily and weekly meetings with Onshore and other stakeholdersRoles & Responsibilities -Support for client billing (OLB invoice worksheets, Oracle Invoice Dispatch(OID), GFS billing support) -Support for CTC batch processing: Monitor Daily Weekly jobs, clear exceptions, etc. -Support GFS Cash Receipts: Monitor Lockboxes, Create SR's for receipt exceptions, Data fixes for Unbalanced Receipts, etc. -Support for Advanced Collections (Statements & Dunning) for daily processing -Regression testing for quarterly patches and Jira tickets (enhancements & break fix) -Perform PA & AR Month End Close: Day 1 and 2 - US EST Hours -Service Central Ticket Support
