M&A Attorney (Secondment Role)

Our client, a public financial institution, is seeking an attorney to join its M&A team and advise on various M&A matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with due diligence, regulatory compliance, negotiating contracts as well as key terms and conditions of deals, and disclosure and reporting. The bank is located in New York, NY, and has a hybrid work environment (3 days in office, and one day in office has to be Monday or Friday). This is a 40 hour per week position for an indefinite period of time. The hourly rate is expected to be $110-115 per hour. Job Requirements The attorney should be experienced enough with public company M&A matters to hit the ground running, with limited oversight. The attorney should be familiar with Delaware law. New York bar is preferred, but not required.#IND
