May-September), there is opportunity for this role to return annually each season.Job Summary Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction municates to staff regularly, both formally and informally.Enforces safety standards with employees.Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements + Qualifications Ability to work in all types of weather including rain, heat, cold, etc.Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. This is a hands-on, floor supervisor position. Leading daily pre-shift and employee coachingdevelopmentConfirm yours and your teams compliance with Levy standards, policies, and proceduresCheck in and check out staff record ifwhen breaks are taken and report attendance issues to manager (Late, No Call No Show, Requests to Leave Early)Maintaining inventory, ensuring the location is properly stocked with necessary items, and reporting any needs to manager to gather missing itemsDevelop positive rapport with guests, verify they are receiving premium service, and gauge overall satisfaction.
