This position is a full-time position working in the Mitsubishi Product Division as a Mitsubishi Parts & Warranty Administrator with a primary role of processing and managing our parts & warranty claims for our customers and interacting with the manufacturer to process and support our customers. This position will report to the Parts & Warranty Dept. Supervisor and the Operations Manager of the Mitsubishi Product Division (MPD).
