At least three year of center leadershipmanagement experience required.Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children highly preferredBachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferredStrong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulationsCPR and First Aide Certification highly preferredMust meet state specific guidelines Exceptional professional conductExcellent organizational and leadership skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multi-task with attention to detailsEnthusiastic and adaptable, work well under pressureMust be able to lift a minimum of 40lbsCompensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year The Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and growOur curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
