Job Overview:We're looking for a friendly, passionate, and reliable Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you'll be the face of our coffee experience, creating exceptional beverages and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest quality standards while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, espresso drinks, and teas according to company recipes and customer preferencesEnsure consistent quality of all drinks and products, adhering to company standardsOperate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficientlyProvide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking ordersHandle cash and process payments accurately using the POS systemMaintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring the coffee station, tables, and seating areas are tidyRestock and replenish inventory as needed (coffee beans, syrups, cups, etc.)Monitor product quality and freshness, communicating inventory needs to the managerFollow health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and food safety practicesAssist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and prepping for the next shiftWork collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environmentQualifications:Prior barista or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracyFriendly, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceMust be able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a busy environmentBenefits:Competitive hourly wage plus tipsEmployee discounts on beverages and food itemsFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunities for growth within the company
