We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.Check out our many videos to learn more! of the Pump Service Manager include, but are not limited to:•Provide technical assistance regarding shop overhauls•Working in a Pump Repair Shop•Compile and develop technical reports on equipment•Manage the QAQC Program•Perform field job walks; prepare work scopes, material lists and execution plans•Maintain customer accounts•Set repair scopes•Review, check, modify and implement weld procedures•Recommend and design upgrades and material changes •Mentor and educate technicians•Actively participant in process improvement•Ability and willingness to develop into greater positions within DXPQualifications of the Pump Service Manager include, but are not limited to:•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience•3-10 years of previous experience working as a Repair Engineer in a Rotating Equipment Repair Shop or Pump Manufacturing Center •Previous experience in the field of mechanical andor pump hydraulic design is required•Good communications and writing skills•Proficiency with Excel and SolidWorks•Good verbal and communicative skills•Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines#LI-JG1Additional Information: Pay Range: $200K+Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Working Conditions: Primarily shop environmentTrainingCertifications: Experience with SolidWorksShift Time: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmTravel: RareEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experienceDXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
