Position Summary:A reputable plumbing service company is seeking a skilled and organized Heating & Boiler Supervisor. This role involves overseeing boiler installers and service technicians, coordinating all boiler installation jobs, and ensuring efficient and effective task completion.Key Responsibilities:Team Oversight:Supervise boiler installers and service technicians.Address disciplinary issues as needed.Coordination & Planning:Schedule and organize boiler installation jobs.Conduct site visits to plan and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.Manage logistics to ensure timely job completion.Technical Support:Provide technical assistance to field technicians.Ensure after-hours emergencies are covered daily.Client Interaction:Handle escalated client issues.Step in to complete urgent heating calls.Quality Assurance:Review technician notes and material spect workmanship to ensure company standards.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry.High proficiency in current DOB plumbing code.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking puter proficiency.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a high degree of ethics.Ability to commute daily to different locationsBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.Paid holidays.
