A proactive and organized Office HHA Recruiter Supervisor is needed to lead a recruitment team in efficiently sourcing, hiring, and onboarding Home Health Aides (HHAs) to meet client demand. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process, maintaining high standards, and aligning with agency compliance requirements.Responsibilities Include:Recruitment Oversight: Supervise the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficient and accurate application processing to fulfill staffing needs.Team Management: Lead and support the recruiting team by monitoring performance, guiding recruitment efforts, and ensuring consistent application follow-up.Quality Hiring Focus: Oversee hiring practices to ensure selected candidates meet agency standards and exhibit a strong commitment to home care.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in recruitment workflows to reduce bottlenecks in application processing and pliance: Ensure all hiring processes meet regulatory and agency compliance requirements.Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, coordination, and intake teams to align hiring efforts with immediate staffing munity Outreach: Build and maintain candidate pipelines by engaging with local training programs, schools, and community organizations.Ideal Qualifications:Experience in recruitment or HR within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).Supervisory experience, with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.Knowledge of HHA recruitment and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with ARLA and HHAeXchange software is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.This role is well-suited for an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of LHCSA operations and a passion for effective team leadership.
