Job Title: Heavy Duty Truck MechanicLocation: North AuroraWe are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic to join our team at our North Aurora location. The ideal candidate should have experience in engine repair, PMS, daily routine maintenance, and body work. Cummins certification is a plus.Responsibilities:- Perform engine repair, PMS, daily routine maintenance, and body work on heavy duty trucks- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues- Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed- Communicate effectively with team members and customersRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy duty truck mechanic- Knowledgeable in engine repair, PMS, daily routine maintenance, and body work- Cummins certification is a plus- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must have a valid driver's licenseWe Have GREAT Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance.
