Work Environment & Physical Demands PSA Enrichment Leaders work in dynamic classroom settings that may include both indoor and outdoor spaces, engaging in activities that require moderate physical activity, such as standing, walking, and interacting with students. The role requires the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive and engaging demeanor, and meet the physical demands of teaching and supervision, including handling classroom materials and technology. Salary Description The Power Scholars Enrichment Leader position offers a compensation range of $19.50 - $22.00 per hour. This rate is based on salary benchmarking for similar roles and is aligned with grant fund approvals and requirements for the position.Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Available Monday-Thursday, 12:00-6:00 pm; Fridays, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (shifts may vary). Proficient enrichment skills and comfortable leading physical activities with youth. TB test clearance within the last two years (required for programs on school district sites). Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or 48 college units completed. Experience working with elementary or middle school-aged youth. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages.
