Immediate and ongoing Locums and or Permanent opportunity to join an established practice located less than an hour from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod. We are an award-winning private non-profit organization recognized for our quality and safety. Our group employs over 150 physicians across 18 offices.We are looking for Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant to join our team on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem basis. Candidates must have experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. In this role, you'll work a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts, managing a patient load of 25 to 30 per day. You will be supported by a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Medical Receptionists. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality care in an urgent care environment, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, using the Meditech EMR system, and collaborating effectively with the support pensation for employed:Full & Part time: $80.00 per hour (Benefit eligible above 32 hours)Per Diem minimum of 4 shifts a month: $90.00 per hourLocums rate of $90 - $100 depending on experience and availabilityPotential Sign-on bonus for full time, pro-rated for part time employedHours of Operation: Monday & Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM and Sunday: ClosedRequirements:Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programBoard certification as a Family Nurse PractitionerGraduate of an approved Physician Assistant programBachelor' Degree required, Master's Degree preferredCurrent and unrestricted Massachusetts LicenseMust have Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experienceProficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, strong clinical andFamiliarity with EMR systems, preferably MeditechFlexibility to work a combination of 12 and 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as neededBLSACLS certification and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
