We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Digital Product Management to support the UX design, development, and ongoing optimization of our hotelier-facing digital experiences and tools. Reporting to the Director of Hotel Digital Product Development, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of LHW's core customers: hoteliers. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital product management, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and an interest in hotel digital experiences. A background in luxury hospitality is a plus, but more importantly, we're looking for someone eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing team. If in New York City, we offer a hybrid schedule, working from our NYC office location 2 days per week. Key Responsibilities Help oversee key aspects of the product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and continuous enhancements. Serve as a trusted consultant for hoteliers, ensuring their digital experience aligns with business goals. Must be comfortable in a client-facing role, including leading demos and gathering user feedback. Support the Director of Hotel Digital Product Development in overseeing the operational aspects of the Digital Support team, responsible for handling hotel requests related to digital channels. Work closely with UX, Brand, Creative, IT, Member Experience teams, external development partners, and hoteliers to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. Apply analytical thinking and creativity to identify challenges and drive innovative solutions. Assist in defining and prioritizing product features based on user feedback, analytics, and market research. Contribute to product roadmaps by tracking milestones, gathering data, and assisting with AB testing and key metrics, helping to move performance optimization forward. Key Skills & Abilities Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, marketing, and hotelier partners. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify and resolve product challenges. Agility & Adaptability: Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in managing product features, roadmaps, and performance metrics. Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with an ownership mentality, able to work effectively in ambiguous situations. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in digital product management or product development. Experience managing aspects of the product development process using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Understanding of web, mobile app, and SaaS product development principles. Strong data analysis skills, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions. Familiarity with UXUI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development.
