Lamar's Corporate Office is now hiring a Market Research Analyst to produce and analyze sales reports and analytics materials using collected sales system, research and media ratings data as well as ensure high-quality data-driven sales content and sales system solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to join Sales Operations as part of the research team, supporting sellers in working with Geopath ratings, data-based proposals, sales materials, attribution studies and more! Candidates with a disability in need of an accommodation to fulfill our application requirements should email .A day in the life:Create research-based sales reports including: market demographics, industry and consumer profiles, and custom research products using industry research subscriptions.Collect and analyze sales figures such as sales performance, sales activity, sales material usage and rates.Become familiar with and interpret data from CRM, Sales Enablement Platform, sales packaging, quoting and customer account databases to inform team efforts and project decisions.Assemble research and data for vertical sales efforts and corporate initiatives, track resulting revenue generated.Assist Technical Training team in reporting user analytics, documenting new features for testing and rollout, and troubleshooting reported issues. Assist team leads with project organization, documenting prioritization and status updates.Maintain organization and accuracy of all published sales materials and ensure optimal user experience in Sales Enablement Platform with routine audits and monitoring.Collaborate in user support inboxes to manage report requests and support tickets. Provide quality control over the data and format quality used in sales content and reporting supported by Sales Operations.Track usage of sales content and identify generated revenue attributed to them.Collaborate with Marketing, Local Sales and National Sales on the usage needs of measurement metrics and sales reports..Audit out of home measurement data and inventory information used in sales content and analytics supported by the Sales Operations team.Report and visualize inventory information for new inventory, organizational transfers and conversions.Assist in supporting and validating software integrations or enhancements that impact the data services and reporting capabilities of Sales Operations team.Physical Demands and Work Environment The primary work environment is an office.The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading), sitting more than 50% of the time, talking, and walking.Nights spent traveling, away from home, are less than 10%.Who we are:Founded in 1902, Lamar Advertising Company is one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the world.
