Job Description Summary:The Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications, is responsible for the development and execution of an integrated corporate communications agenda, with a focus on content development and internal communications. This position will contribute to the delivery of strategic and compelling messaging around the company's mission, strategies, and values, while embedding a culture of purpose amongst employees to advance the company's commitments around social impact and sustainability. An ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with strong experience in corporate communications and the ability to lead and work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders engaged in decision-making.Job Description:Key responsibilitiesContent Development and ManagementDevelop corporate communications content for various channels to enhance the visibility and awareness of the company's mission and values.Ideate, draft, and edit corporate press releases and copies related to events, news, awards, social impact campaigns, and accolades to be implemented across all communications channels such as websites, social media, job sites, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, support the drafting, review, and editing of corporate communications materials such as company-wide emails, memos, and presentations.Manage regular updates and seamless operation of the company intranet, ensuring timely access to news and information across HQ and global ternal Communications Develop and implement a comprehensive content and channel strategy for internal communication, spanning the company intranet, internal newsletters, all-staff emails, presentations, blog posts, and all-hands meetings.Develop and manage strategic internal communications initiatives and campaigns to support improved networking and knowledge management across all teams and offices.Contribute to executive and change management communications to support clear messaging and positioning around new strategies, policies, and programs, in close partnership with C-suite leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional munity and media engagementDesign and implement key social impact and sustainability partnerships at local and regional levels, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Foster and manage positive relationships with local community organizations, including key social impact and sustainability partners.Develop and manage strategic media relations with local and regional media.Digital Communications and Analytics Manage regular updates and seamless operation of the corporate website and jobsocial platforms, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency, performance, and engagement of internal messages, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to communications trends.Oversee budgets and expenses for communications initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and resources to meet team goals and objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fieldA minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, with experience in content developmentExperience in developing and implementing strategic communications strategiesExcellent writing, editing, and presentation skillsStrong understanding of digital communications platforms and toolsExperience in change management communicationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organizationProficiency in data analysis and reportingKorean language skills are a plusWe offer a competitive benefits package!(*Eligibility may vary.)401(k) Savings PlanPremium Medical Insurance CoverageYear-end Bonus PlanPaid Time Off (PTO) based on seniorityPaid HolidaysOnsite Employee Fitness Center with Indoor Racquetball Court and Yoga RoomSummer FridayComplimentary Gourmet Breakfast, Lunch, and DinnerRelocation Support for New Hires*Work Anniversary RecognitionsCongratulatory & Condolence GiftsEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramLicenseCertification Reimbursements*Corporate Employee DiscountsVisa Sponsorships (100% paid by the company) i.e., New H-1B, H-1B Transfer, O-1, and Green CardCommuter Support (Shuttle Bus Program)*Vehicle Perks*The anticipated compensation range is22.75 - 44.50 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
