Harrison Gray Search is partnering with a growing agency in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to find a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, casual in-office environment with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.Position Overview: The Commercial Lines Agent is accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service. As part of a successful and supportive team, you will strive to exceed clients' expectations. In this role, you will be crucial in helping clients protect their businesses. You will work both independently and as part of a team to service clients.Primary Responsibilities Include:Provide high-quality customer service Quoting and selling commercial line policies to meet client needs Remarketing accounts Managing the sales cycle throughout the whole process (quoting, issuing, reviewing for accuracy, and policy delivery) Daily servicing, endorsements, certificates, phone calls, and emails Building relationships with carrier partners Proficiently maintaining the agency management system and setting up new clients in Ezlynx Promptly responding to requests from clients, carriers, and internal staff Proactively reviewing clients' insurance for accuracy and identifying gaps for additional or alternate coverage based on client needs Job-Specific, Technical Skills, and Competencies:Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Three years or more of commercial lines sales and service experience Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in basic computing, including Microsoft Office Experience with agency management systems Professional demeanor reacts well under pressure, treats others with respect, accepts responsibility for own actions, and follows through on commitments Perks: Comprehensive and fully covered employee health benefits, along with a supportive, team-oriented environment.Growth opportunities
