This role is onsite.The Impact you will have in this role:Being the member or the WDS team, you will serve as the day-to-day operational lead for DTCC's real estate portfolio of properties located in the NY Tristate Area. The individual will be the primary engineering SME coordinating maintenance, incident escalation, OPEX management, capital projects and long-range forecasts, finding opportunities for improvement, etc.Your Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation of all critical physical infrastructure (UPS, HVAC, Emergency Generators, high and low voltage electrical systems, monitoring and control systems, and fire detectionsuppression systems). Under general supervision tracks and controls projects in progress, sets up equipment testing schedules, preventative maintenance schedules and corrective repairs. Maintains relationship with out-sourced contingent labor workforce (operating engineers and critical infrastructure suppliers). Responds to and supervises emergency and corrective maintenance services. Supports management in the forecasting and managing of the department's operational and capital budgets. Assists in developing and implementing operations and maintenance policies and procedures that are required to meet departmental and company goals. Supports the development and management of operational and capital budgets. Partners with Facility Management, Data Center Operations, and Security to improve and optimize current operating model.**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of related experience B.S in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical work experience operating critical facilities and regional portfolios in the US.Talents Needed for Success: Critical facility andor office building operations with a focus on MEP infrastructure. Familiarity with the design, construction, commissioning, and operations of each facility team is preferred. Strong understanding of the operations and maintenance required to support a multi-story office building and data center facility. Knowledge of PC and test equipment. Understanding of MEP drawings. AutoCAD, and MS project a plus. Knowledge of MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project a plus.The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
