This employee will also perform the necessary administrative responsibilities needed to create a smooth check-inout experience for patients. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone). Display a professional attitude, greet patients promptly with a smile, and thank them when they leaveAnswer phones (both external and internal); assure prompt, courteous service at all timesPractice urgency at all times with patients' time, as well as Doctor's time and scheduleManage patient flow in the officeKnowledge of common fees charged for common visits and collect correct paymentsComplete daily reconciliations close day countdown cash drawerGeneral office duties and cleaning to be assigned by managerOther Skills and AbilitiesReliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal noticeDesire to gain industry knowledge and trainingDemonstrates initiative in accomplishing practice goalsAbility to grow, adapt, and accept changeConsistently creating a positive work environment by being team-oriented and patient-focusedAbility to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all timesCommitment to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the businessEducation andor ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredOne-year related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceFavorable result on background check requiredMust be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United StatesIf you need assistance with this application, please contact (636) 227-2600.
