If this excites you, we'd love to have you join us. About the Role As a Logistics Associate in our Harlem Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and mastery of various complex computer systemsProactive identification of opportunities to improve cost-savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operationsEffective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at onceRequirements: Minimum education of Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and one to two years of prior dispatch or routing experienceProficiency in databases with real-time troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to exhibit in fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to exhibit in fast-paced environmentAvailability to work the following set schedule onsite at our Harlem pharmacy located at 122 W 146th St, New York, NY 10039: Friday - Sunday: 10AM - 8PMWhat We OfferThe starting anticipated earnings for this position is $22.
