Junior Commercial Finance Attorney

Korn Ferry is recruiting a Junior Commercial Finance Attorney with 2-4 years' experience to join a national direct lender that provides debt capital for the multifamily loan and commercial real estate industries.The ideal hire will be: A part of the Legal team providing legal advice and consultation relating to business activities and securitization functions, including, but not limited to: •Mortgage warehouse and repurchase facilities •Secured and unsecured credit facilities •General treasury function •CLO securitizations (and similar vehicles) •Daily operational matters, such as loan transfer and compliance issues •Providing guidance and advice to various business units within the Company The ideal hire will have: •Education: A bachelor's degree and J.D. are required with strong academic credentials from an accredited law school •Experience: 2-4 years' experience with bank finance OR structured finance transactions working on secured andor unsecured credit facilities in law firms andor in in-house settings •KnowledgeSkills: Strong writing and communications skills; Demonstrated ability to work well with executive staff •Abilities: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment; Multi-task efficiently based on the nature of the transaction and the jurisdiction Compensation: Base salary: $195K-200K, plus bonus Location: New York, New York 10017 Posting: 510658528
