The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers.Flat Rate $35.00 -$45.00Benefits:Competitive Pay based on level of experienceMedicalDentalVision InsurancePaid Time OffLong-term Short-term DisabilityFSA401k with company matchEmployee DiscountEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.Requirements for Eligibility:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a technician, preferably with Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles.ASE certification or equivalent experience.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent customer service skills.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Clean driving recordMust be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.19 years of age or older.The Patrick Dealer Group is one of Chicago's largest automotive dealership groups representing eight different franchises.
